The Corporate Center

Why Choose the Corporate Center?

“Skills, experiences, and opportunities that will set you apart”

  • Students don’t just learn business—they live it. Through classroom simulations, mock companies, and gamified experiences, students step into roles like CEO, CFO, or Marketing Director. Using a classroom economy system and RPG-style “leveling up,” they learn finance, leadership, and decision-making in a hands-on way that keeps them engaged.

  • Our students create and launch projects with real impact. From running a snack shop to designing branding campaigns for local businesses, students manage budgets, craft marketing strategies, and analyze profits. Each grade level culminates with major projects, including pop-up shops, investment challenges, and capstone showcases.

  • We prepare students for college and careers by teaching industry-standard tools like Microsoft Excel, Canva, Google Workspace, and Tableau. Students also have opportunities to earn certifications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Specialist, Adobe Creative Cloud, QuickBooks), giving them a professional edge before graduation.

  • The program hosts signature events that make learning memorable and impactful:

    • Tech to Trade Career Day – showcasing pathways outside traditional college routes, including trades, city jobs, and entrepreneurship.

    • Women’s Day Business Event – connecting young women to industry leaders who share real experiences and advice.

    • Boardroom Battle – a Shark Tank-style competition judged by professionals.

    • Corporate Gala – a red-carpet end-of-year showcase celebrating student achievement.

Students also attend field trips to Wall Street, advertising agencies, tech companies, and startup incubators—gaining exposure to diverse career paths.Item description

  • Modeled after a corporate boardroom, The Executive Board is our student council. Students take on roles such as President, Marketing Director, Treasurer, and Event Coordinator, leading program-wide initiatives. They organize fundraisers, manage podcast production, and coordinate events—building leadership, collaboration, and professional communication skills.

  • Students are connected to a wider network through:

    • Alumni Mentorship – past graduates return to mentor and guide current students.

    • Industry Partnerships – collaborations with professionals and colleges to give students insider knowledge.

    • Podcast: “A Cup of Corporate” – a student-staff-alumni media platform discussing business, personal growth, and school life. Episodes highlight student voices while reaching a broader community audience.
